Shipping Policy

– Production: Processing Time 3-5 business days* (in regular seasons) depends on your order (please read description product) and more depends on holiday seasons.

– Estimated Delivery: 7-14 business days* (in regular seasons) or more depends on holiday seasons for one order shipped domestic.

While we suits use reasonable efforts to satisfy the shipping and delivery dates provided above, we shall not be liable for any delays in shipments.

Shipping rates are:

from $4.99 for one Product. Shipping costs will be calculated depending on the product, can be viewed after adding to cart or checkout.

In general, we do not ship to sanctioned countries. The following is a list of the sanctioned countries:

Crimea (region of Ukraine): BIS and OFAC.
Cuba: BIS.
Iran: OFAC.
North Korea: BIS.
Sudan: OFAC; BIS for certain commodities.
Syria: BIS.

Order changes

Once your order has been confirmed, you can only correct the information within 12 hours by sending us an email.

When will I receive tracking information on my orders?

Tracking numbers will be automatically sent to you via the email provided in our system when your items have been shipped.

Why isn’t the tracking data showing on my tracking number?

Tracking numbers may take up to 7-10 days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

Item not received

If you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered. you’d wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your package as once the item is bagged we don’t have control over it (once it’s by the carrier ) , but if the problems still persists kindly email us Mail: [email protected] we’ll try our greatest to help you.
